I work with youth and adults coping with various mental health concerns. I offer an eclectic and collaborative treatment approach to assist my clients in identifying their strengths so that they can keep moving forward. Services are offered mostly virtually with the option for in-person.
I specialize in treating individuals coping with trauma, emotional disturbances and life transitions. In my practice, I use evidence-based modalities based on each client's presenting concerns. I work from a culturally sensitive and trauma-informed model of care fostering an inclusive and safe space for my clients to explore their thoughts, feelings and behaviours.

I consider myself an eclectic therapist (I use multiple therapies during a session). Some evidence-based therapies that I am experienced in include cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), behavioural therapy and psychodynamic psychotherapy.
Yes! Most insurance companies cover the cost of your sessions, however, providers should be consulted for confirmation of coverage prior to submitting invoices.
Individual therapy sessions are typically 60 minutes long. The length of each session may vary depending on the needs of the client.
Psychotherapy and counselling are both forms of talk therapy and are often used as interchangeable terms. Counselling typically focuses on current issues whereas psychotherapy can become more in-depth and often is a long-term process.
