I work mostly with adults and support people with many different mental health concerns. My approach is growth orientated, offering a flexible blend of therapeutic techniques that are focused on helping you move forward, while also gently working though the parts of your past that still need healing.
Services are offered mostly virtually with the option for in-person.

I specialize in supporting individuals living with PTSD and other stress or anxiety related disorders. In my practice, I use evidence-based approaches that are culturally sensitive, trauma-informed, and grounded in creating safety.

I consider myself an eclectic therapist (I use multiple modalities during a session). Some evidence-based therapies that I am experienced in include cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy and forward facing therapy.

Individual therapy sessions are typically 50 minutes long. The length of each session may vary depending on the needs of the client.
Psychotherapy and counselling are both forms of talk therapy and are often used as interchangeable terms. Counselling typically focuses on current issues whereas psychotherapy can become more in-depth and often is a long-term process.
